That phrase is being used a lot these days, so let me expand on it. We’re not just here for you in our thoughts and prayers or here for you with virtual events or service offerings. We are here at 122 E Patrick St, with our coworking space for members or day pass visitors, our meeting rooms and our mail service. We are HERE for you.
If you are struggling with working from home, if you are rethinking your future and contemplating starting your own business, if you need a place to meet with clients, we are here for YOU.
This is not to say that we encourage you to disregard government orders or to act recklessly. It’s simply to say that we trust you to make the right decision for yourself, knowing your own situation (e.g., many people work in industries considered essential like financial services, legal services, or are government contractors).
Please note we’re operating under special protocols in these times of COVID-19. Per state mandate, meetings/gatherings are limited to 10 people. We are cleaning surfaces daily and requiring everyone to also clean their work / meeting area when they are done using it. People coming in to cowork in our shared office space are asked to sit at least 6 feet apart. We have spare masks for anyone who wants one and an abundance of sanitizing wipes and hand soap. We are blocking meeting rooms for 24 hours and thoroughly cleaning them between uses. Day passes must be scheduled so we can manage the number of people in our space at any given time.
Of course, anyone feeling ill or showing any symptoms or anyone concerned they may have been exposed to the virus should stay home.
We have remained open throughout these times as a mail receiving agent for over 20 businesses (we are required to receive mail and packages for them). Also, a number of our members work in industries identified as essential and we are their regular place of work. But for about a month, we closed our doors to the public out of an abundance of caution.
With our cleaning and safety protocols firmly in place, we are now open for small meetings and day pass visitors as well as new members. Note that our front door remains locked – no drop ins. Everything must be scheduled so we can ensure social distancing. Reach out to us with any questions.
