High-speed internet is included with every reservation. So is locally roasted, organic, fair trade, and freshly brewed coffee, a variety of teas, soft drinks, and filtered still and sparkling water. Want food delivered? We can handle that too (it’s also OK to bring your own).

CONFERENCE ROOM
Our conference room is perfect for board meetings, depositions, interviews, team meetings, & small classes. Includes a digital whiteboard that also serves as a presentation screen. Seats up to 10.
COMMUNITY ROOM
Our Community Room is our most flexible space. It’s great for presentations, workshops, classes, networking events, & receptions. By default, it’s set up as a classroom. Tables & chairs can be rearranged as needed or removed. Seats 24 at tables or 30 with just chairs. 40 standing.
COMMUNITY + CONFERENCE ROOM
Need a room for staging, reception, a catering spread, or break-out conversations? Use both rooms! There’s a door that connects them.
ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR
Planning a bigger event? Reserve our entire 1st floor (conference room, community room, and back patio) – roughly 1200 square feet.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Stairs: We are in a historic building with 4 steps to enter and exit. There is no elevator.
- Setup / Cleanup: Your reservation should include arrival/setup and cleanup time. You will not have access to the room or the building until your reservation time.
- Cancellations & Changes: You can change a reservation with no penalty or cancel and get a refund minus a $20 fee up to 48 hours before the reservation start time.
- Noise: Our meeting rooms are not suitable for loud events.
- Break Room: Our break room is stocked with coffee, tea, still and sparkling water, and soft drinks. Help yourself. When doing so, please be considerate. The break room is shared with others attending meetings and working in offices upstairs.
- Food: If you order food through us, it comes from Beans & Bagels, a downtown favorite of locals. We are not a caterer. We simply use the money you pay us to buy the food and have it here for you as a convenience. We also offer a service where you order food from any downtown restaurant within 1/2 a mile of us and pay for it and we pick it up for you.
- Discounts: Hold meetings often? We offer discounts for “frequent flyers” and multiple bookings. We also offer discounts on our meeting rooms to non-profits. Contact us for the discount code.
