Meeting rooms and event space in the heart of downtown Frederick

Early morning or late night. It’s all good. We have spaces available 7am – 10pm, 7 days a week.

High-speed internet is included with every reservation.  So is a pot of coffee and pitcher of filtered water – just ask. Want food delivered? We can handle that too (it’s also OK to bring your own).

CONFERENCE ROOM

Perfect for board meetings, depositions, interviews, team meetings, brainstorming, and small classes. Seats up to 10.

Available 7am – 10pm, 7 days a week.

Great for presentations, workshops, classes, networking events and receptions. Seats up to 20 at tables or 30 with just chairs. 40 standing.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Stairs: We are in a historic building with 4 steps to enter and exit. There is no elevator.
  • Setup / Cleanup: Your reservation should include arrival/setup and cleanup time. You will not have access to the room (possibly the building) until your reservation time.
  • Cancellations & Changes: You can change a reservation with no penalty or cancel and get a refund minus a $15 fee up to 48 hours before the reservation start time.
  • Noise: There are private offices on the second floor where people may be working during your meeting/event. Our meeting rooms are not suitable for loud parties or other loud activities.
  • Break Room: The break room is shared space for others with meetings and those working in the offices upstairs. Please be considerate. Your reservation does not give you exclusive use of the room.
  • Bonus: Book an all-day meeting and get $25 off your next meeting, $20 in parking vouchers (city garage parking only), or a $20 Downtown Frederick gift card.
  • Discounts: Hold meetings often? Sign up for our meeting room discount plan. We also offer discounts on our meeting rooms to non-profits. Contact us for the discount code.
