- Stairs: We are in a historic building with 4 steps to enter and exit. The Conference Room is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator.
- Setup / Cleanup: Your reservation should include arrival/setup and cleanup time. You will not have access to the room (possibly the building) until your reservation time.
- Cancellations & Changes: You can cancel or change a reservation up to 48 hours before start time with no penalty. After that, you can change (but not cancel) for a fee.
