Like having a workout partner, joining others to tackle tasks you’ve been putting off makes the tasks feel less daunting. Sharing your goal(s) and knowing we’ll be checking each other’s progress creates just the right amount of peer pressure. We’ll use a proven method (work sprints, aka Pomodoro technique) to increase focus and help each other have a successful day. Join for half a day or a full day.
In-person or virtual. Lunch will be available if you join us in person.
Two start times
Morning sprints (9 am):
- Arrive early (8:30 am) for hello’s over coffee or tea
- Introduce yourself and share your goal(s)
- Hunker down for three work sprints
- (if in person) Lunch together – bring your own or have a sandwich on us
Afternoon sprints (1 pm):
- (if in person) Arrive at noon and join us for lunch
- Introduce yourself and share your goal(s)
- Hunker down for three work sprints
- (optional) Afternoon walk
