Becoming a Cowork Frederick member comes with a lot of perks – the best of which is a community of people who wanted to be more intentional about how and where they work, people who want to be around, to connect with, and/or to collaborate with other people. You should meet as many of those people as you can. This event is a way to do that.

But, there’s much more to being a member. For example, did you know being a member here gives you access to other coworking spaces around the world? That you can host meetups, support groups, etc. here? Or, that there are ways Cowork Frederick helps spread the word about member businesses? That we do a “give back” project once a year?

Oh yeah – there’s a lot going on here. We did a quick one-on-one orientation with you when you first started. That focused on the basics like how break room food is handled and getting on the member network.

The value you get from your Cowork Frederick is directly related to your level of participation. Come meet fellow members and learn about what being a member can mean for you.

We’ll start with an ice-breaker activity, then there will be a short (30-minute) talk. Then we’ll do another activity. We’ll end with a pizza social hour.
